Operating out of the former Proform trailer manufacturing facility, Tomahawk Trailers is dedicated to building on the quality and innovation established by Proform under the expert leadership of David Lindley.

Tomahawk Trailers LLC was founded as a new company whose vision was to gather the former Proform team members and equip them with modernized equipment and paint facilities after the parent company of Proform Trailers was liquidated due to unrelated business interests in Oklahoma. Recognizing the opportunity to work with this respected team in the trailer industry, Shinall Capital LLC, led by Tony and Audra Thomas of Little Rock, Arkansas, acquired the Proform facility and hired David and his team.

Tony Thomas, former CEO of Windstream, and his wife Audra are the owners of Shinall Capital LLC, which invests in Arkansas businesses. In addition, to Tomahawk Trailers LLC, Shinall Capital LLC owns the majority of Budget Transmission based in North Little Rock.

David Lindley, the former General Manager of Proform, continues his role as General Manager at Tomahawk Trailers. Under David's leadership, Proform was renowned for its high-quality trailers, and he brings the same commitment to excellence to Tomahawk Trailers. David is a master welder with decades of steel fabrication and trailer manufacturing experience.
